The search for 4 seats is over . . . almost

Having been under some pressure from my wife and daughter to get a 4-seater toy to go with the 2-seaters (even the 911 is regarded by them as a 2-seater now that my daughter has outgrown the back seats), I considered a range of Ferraris (365/400, 456, 612), Aston Martin Rapide, Bentley CGT, Porsche Panamera, etc., before finally settling on a Maserati Granturismo S.

Having looked around for a second-hand car for a while, I was eventually seduced by the idea of a new one and so this week signed on the dotted line for one in Blu Oceano / Cuoio (approximately as per the pictures below, but in RHD), and shall be heading for Modena some time this summer to collect.

Congrats John, Ive had 5 GranTurismos, 3x MC-Shift S & 2x MC Stradale, terrific cars, love the look, the noise & oh, did I say, the noise!

Superb GT car with a fantastic pedigree, enjoy reading up about Maserati, one of my favourites of all time is the 300S.

Enjoy!!!!

Yes, the noise is something else - makes my 550 sound positively mundane

Best wishes, John

Think you will love the car, John. Exactly the correct colors, Ferrari-designed and built engine, what on earth is not to like? Wish my blu nettuno Spyder were that darker blue.

Wow, that is the perfect spec for a GT. I love Blu Oceano.

Those cars are really awesome to drive. I think they could be a future classic. Congrats!
