Bugatti EB110

I was at Zandvoort (racing circuit in the Netherlands) a while ago and while we were en route to it I saw a low blue shape in my rear view mirror (I was driving) when we were on the A10 near Amsterdam. A few moments later a Bugatti EB110 passed us by. I'd never seen one in action so it was a pretty cool moment for me.

When we were traversing around the paddock we saw the same Bugatti there.

Bob doesn't really like the shape of it and I think I have to agree with him... it's a bit of a boxy car... but the technical things about it really do impress me a lot.

Just wanted to share

I saw one on Vienna a while back. It really does look boxy and I really do not care for the front end and light treatment.

Hmmm, I adore the shape of the Bugatti. I've seen three of them, they are really impressive imo

Must be extremely low production. I wonder how many are even in the US?

Wow! I love it but it is definately out of my league. Guess I'll stick to the 308.

It is one of the forgotten supercars of the early 90's along with the Jaguar XJ220. Unlike the F40 and McLaren F1, they have fallen in value significantly and do not generate that much interest when they do come onto the market. One of the British car magazines ran an article on it earlier this year.

Based on that, what is the going price of a EB 110?

The last two that were sold at auction earlier this year went for GBP 105k and 117k (roughly $200k).

You must be bloody kidding me. That is a fabulous and gorgeous car... a true supercar for that price is ridiculous

Jaguar XJ220 - there are 3 for sale (in the US) that I found on one site. $220,000 for one, $219,000 for the second and the third has no price listed.

Bugatti EB110 - none listed on that site.

Now in my garage...

Jaguar XJ220 - I own 2 of them...a silver one and a burgandy one.

Bugatti EB110 - I own 3 of them...one blue, two silver. One of the silver ones is a race version with sponsor decals.

McLaren F1 - I own 2 of them...a silver one and a dark blue one.

Do you think God stays in Heaven because she is afraid of what she sees down here?

Owner and Operator of a 2000 Jeep Wrangler. A few mods here and there... but just you wait and see what I have in store for her...

I heard Jaguar had a garage filled wilth unsold XJ220s a few years back. Some cars just don't sell, maybe because they break down every 20 miles, maybe because they are ugly or maybe they were built in the wrong era.

To start with it is six short on the cylinders, makes the Testarossa look narrow, and I am not a big fan of Turbo chargers (except the F40).
