Perfect lunch

I have just had the perfect lunch, but it required no special ingredients, or fancy cooking, just a good quality Italian salami, buffalo mozzarella, fresh rocket, sun-dried tomatoes, olive oil, salt and pepper, a glass of my favourite Aus. Chardonnay and some sunshine (rare in this country, I know, but, when available, it's free!). A meal made in heaven, for next to no cost - what more can a man require?

Best wishes, John
