Aren't those illegal?

It's an instant classic. It's an iron fist in a velvet glove. It's a Ferrari.

They are definitely legal in the UK. Several major brands are advertised in most of the leading Car magazines. Boxer 42

I've looked it up and the de radar detectors are illegal in the Netherlands.
In the first five months of this year 1200 people got a bill for having a radar detector in use.

It's an instant classic. It's an iron fist in a velvet glove. It's a Ferrari.

If you mean radar detector, universally accepted as the best is wwwvalentine1.com . Also, if laser speed detection is used within your area, get a laser jammer.

I have heard that the UK uses different bands of radar than the US. As a result you need a UK spec unit. Any idea if Valentine makes a model for the UK ?

They were in the UK until quite recently - last couple of years.

www.ukspeedtraps.co.uk has a review of many of the different detectors etc available. Don't use one myself and not sure I want to trust my license to one...

I know the K40 Lazer system works. I also know a large number of people who swear by the Valentine. The nice thing about the K40 is the entire system is hidden. A police officer would never know you had it. Nothing to sit on your dash that you have to try and hide if you get pullled over.
