Wife just bought her dream car **pics!**

Well as many here have heard me talking but my wife always wanted a Porsche 911 GT 3 RS. She finally got her dream car!

Awaiting delivery from Springfield, MO. But everything done and signed

2007 model, only 2,955 miles and never tracked

Enjoy the pics! Can't wait to get her! And wife chose this color combo. It was this or all orange lol!

Of course 6-speed manual

Some fun facts, around only 1,900 copies made during 07-08 model years worldwide, and only 420 copies came into USA. Exclusive I'd say!

Maserati GranTurismo MC - Giallo yellow
Porsche 911 GT3 RS - black with orange accents - wife's car
F355 Berlinetta - Giallo Modena, 6-speed manual, carbon sport seats -recently traded in
Porsche Cayenne Turbo S

Congratulations on her! Although I'm not a Porsche fan, but this 911 surely looks good! And I think it's better colour combo than the all-orange.

Thanks man. We're both huge Porsche fans, and my wife is even a bigger Porsche fan than me!

It's good not to be the only petrolhead in the family.

I think my two little boys, 3 and 2 years old, are even bigger car fanatics. They know daddy's yellow car, calls the F355 daddy's yellow cool car. And calls Cayenne Turbo as mommy's Cayeman ( they combine cayenne with cayman, which we had cayman in past!).

Lovely car. I have been a Porsche owner since 1957. My wife has been a Porsche driver since 1959.

She feels that the orange trim on your car would get us tarred and feathered and ridden out of town on a rail if it were our car in our neighborhood.

Why would the orange trim do that in your neighborhood? It's the theme of the RS version of the GT3s. Others are more out there, like the blue with red accents

We buy cars because we love them not for what our neighbors will think. Our neighbors are already snooty anyways lol!

Mike I was actually watching that car and it's in my state!

Congrats and I seriously doubt there is a better example out there.

Happy wife happy life!

Yept!

Been looking for a track car but prefer one that's ready to go vs joining another forum and learning how to prep one.

Funny thing is wife may never take it to track but maybe I can convince her otherwise!

Congratulations to your wife, obviously a wonderful lady with impeccable taste! The 997 GT3RS is one of the greats, at home on both road and track. With a fantastic soundtrack. Perfect stablemate to your giallo beauty! Wishing you both well to drive this beauty and looking forward to your driving impressions.
