Sharon Baker, R.I.P.

Sharon Baker was an important part of our documentary Carrera Panamericana (1950-54). He brought his first-hand knowledge and enthusiasm to the project and I am proud to say that Sharon and I remained close in the time since our collaboration. I shall miss him and his crazy and entertaining emails and his Facebook comments very much. Rest in peace, Sharon.

Stephen- Very interesting that these roller maps preceded by several years the one that Stirl and Jenks used to win the Mille Miglia. Believe there were also 300 SLs entered in the later Carrerra Panamerica, so who had the idea first?

Every day I look around, and if nobody is shooting at me, it is a pretty good day.
