Maclaren really....... tell me..... why? why? why?
Buy a 40k nissan blow it to 1000 bhp and save the money and be as fast as possible.
Just the same...... inside and as bland on the outside.
Really dont get them... and dont want to either.

Oddly thought this to be an open forum?
And a little leg pulling is allowed?
It is after all a Ferrari forum, and as such I come here to read about Ferrari's exchange ideas about them and hear and share experiences, If I wanted to read how great other cars are, I would of course search those forums out and read about them.
In My opinion the Maclaren is a bland car, and as much as its fast and does things so well its still bland... It's the car Hotpoint would make if they made sports cars.
Why can I not put my thoughts about the car on the thread about that car?
I do ask?
My thoughts are on the topic of the Maclaren so why move them to off topic?

You can't have it both ways boys.

This is an open forum for all sorts - pretty sure we all get a few of you bleed Ferrari red.

The question I have to ask is how you pull a Mclaren owners leg when you are so far behind

Doug, LMAO at this too!

You know, this could turn into a decent thread if we all 'play' the fun game nicely & for those that can't they can just put the toys & dummies back in the Maclaren Stroller!

LOL, come on there isn't anything bad about McLaren.

If anything, the competitiveness will make sure Ferrari bring out even better vehicles.

Kudos to McLaren.

So as i asked why move this off the life with a maclaren thread?
As far as i am concerned its other peoples opinion also part of a forum?
So what this shows is if you dont like what someone has bought or for that matter a product you can not mention it as he likes it? and so its moved off his own "bow in the presence of greatness posts about his car?"
Truly in my opinion not fair nor a open forum, looks more like the chosen few get to tell us time and time again how there choice is correct and we should all follow and hang on every word? I dont do that in the real world with anyone, so why the hell should I put up with it here?

Agree! so leave it part of the old thread! why move it?
We are not allowed to be negative about something?
Or we are as long as certain people dont mind it?
NOT A FAIR AND OPEN FORUM GUYS!

"I have moved your posts on the McLaren 12C Spider to a new thread:

McLaren 12C off topic

where you are welcome to share your opinions on the McLaren."

Is the PM I received

Now tell me that really means... you dont like my car, so dont say it on my thread! go and say it on another thread as my thread is for only people who will say something positive!
Open Forum my ass!

Don't panic, guys! I don't own the thread or started it, but my personal guess is that if you want to discuss MacLaren, the kids' vehicle, this is the right thread. We can all spend our time discussing it here...
The other thread was suitable for the adult's vehicle only...

Gus

Gus, whether any of us know Boxer or not is irrelevant, this kind of practice is a clear cut case of a Mod abusing his forum power to remove any comments he doesn't want shown on his Thread & that's wrong, it's an open forum & everyone is entitled to their opinions & to voice them!

We all know of one another, in one way or another & if regular forum friends & users can't have friendly banter without totally unnecessary nannying intervention what's the point of writing or contributing on any a forum, life is far to short for any forum to be taken as seriously as some member here seems to take it.....

Boxer, you need to take several very large chill pills & know that everyone has an opinion & does not need to agree with all you write or post, several of us feel you are clearly abusing your MOD powers, suggest next time you think before actioning and then think again, as whether you can see, agree or not, you've seriously overstepped your FL position by your actions here, just like you did before when you removed my posts to your started McLaren thread.....

Yesterday's history, tomorrow's a mystery, today's a gift.....enjoy every minute!
