returning home

It looks like I will be leaving Japan on May 9th to return to the United States. I like Japan a lot and the move is going to have both +/- to it.

Wish me luck.

No job yet :ugh: I will begin looking for one when I relocate to the Bay area. My hope is to get a job soon then find a place to stay near work. I've really become accustomed to not driving everyday in the city and it is nice, so I hope to keep that.

Well, sure sounds like an adventure. Have fun (hopefully), and goodluck with the move. Hope everything goes off without a hitch.

Goodluck in pursuit of that job too then. Can't have you unemployed for too long!

moving from one place to another (especially from different countries) is extremely emotional. Even if you visit Japan again, it'll never be the same as living there. Wish you the best of luck back in the States. When you do get your 250GTO, don't forget bout the bunch of us here. :P

Good luck Andrew. You've got a really great bunch of skills to help kick-start any future opportunities (incl keeping 1000 FF members from tearing each other apart!!)

Ahhh, A soon to be 'west coaster'. Welcome! I'll only be 800 miles north (or so) of you when you get here.

Things are picking up here so I have a feeling your job hunt shouldn't be too difficult.

Good Luck
