Just been following the latest on the "other" Manning brother. Seems the Colts want to force Peyton to make the call on if he stays with the Colts but at the same time they will not pay the $28 million roster bonus. Net net, they will cut Peyton and then see if he is willing to return under a renegotiated contract.

If I were in his shoes, I would walk.

Never thought I would see him play in a different jersey.

Agree with him walking - there are some teams that could really use a guy like him.

Wherever he goes IMO - he will return in a Curt Warner like manner and shove it in the Colts face just like Curt did to the Rams - my guess is the Redskins.

Doubt the Redskins, unlikely he would want to end up in the NFC East with Eli.

Vegas has 11% odds on he goes to the Jets.

Crud, an even better opportunity for Ryan to over-promise. All their problems were not caused by Sanchez, but a lot of them might be cured by Peyton.

I don't understand Ryan or his motivational skills.

Sanchez and Holmes share a rift that became the focal point of the Jets.

Peyton / Holmes dangerous - without Peyton another year of drama.

Sanchez better fix it - Holmes is staying a Jet.

I don't see Peyton ending up in NY. Think he has too much respect for Eli to want to create what would be a huge circus if they both play in the same city.

Guess would be he will stay in the AFC and some place warm or with a dome.

Miami owner should have some interest.

It's probably the biggest story out there in sports - Peyton is a lot younger than Favre so I don't seeing it ending like that cluster.

You think Favre sexting nude pics to a lady sports announcer then asking her to come by the hotel was a bad idea ...

Put it this way, if he had been born with a wet noodle for an arm, he probably would have spent the last 20 years asking if you "would like fries with your burger".

He was never known for is on field clutch decision making.

Where did his last pass as a Packer end up?

Right where you wished it

Favre as many other great athletes - are very weak individuals and as they age it becomes more and more apparent.

Doug- That is funny. Looks like it will work out well for both players. $96M for Manning and a good shot at playing on a Florida team for Tebow.

Maybe Manning can pull a Kurt Warner and win a conference and go to a Super Bowl for another team.

Hope so - sports can be a rough business.

These guys get tossed around like yesterdays garbage.

The NFL is made up of a a very onerous group of individuals.

Boxer you called it in part - never thought Denver was an option.

Terry good find!!!

I sold my G55 - drove it for 7 months and still made 10k.

When I was at the dealer at an event - the salesman pulled me aside and showed me what new toy was on line to be spec'd.

That night it went on E-bay and sold within 48 hours - 18 offers

Now the bad news if there is any - 2 year wait list.

I was very sure he would stay in the AFC but Denver is a bit of a surprise. Thought he might go someplace warmer.
