Ok, the F150 thing has come full circle. I opened this thread expecting to see the 2011 Ferrari F1 car in mid air...

Ferrari's: 360 Modena, 550 Maranello

Wow that really does suck. Looks like the F150 was coming out of the parking lot and didn't see the 458. Car is so low he ran right up on top of it.

I'm trying after seeing the entire video to visualize how that happened.

Owner states the truck pulled in front of and then on top of him, which almost looks correct, but this also looks a bit interesting in how a truck would attempt such a thing given normal traffic speeds. Ferrari was over double yellow but thinking he swerved to miss truck.

Obviously, unless the Ferrari was way too much over the speed limit and I see no tire marks or skids etc for such a sudden stop, the Truck would be at fault for not giving right of way to moving traffic.

I'm leaning heavily towards the Ferrari owner/driver but thinking there is a law suite to lower his blame to zero as these type of cases usually get bad evaluations by the LEOs.

Be hearing of this one again. Hope he is insurance is good, and glad no one was hurt other than pride.
