Pablo- Does not look like they make one. Looks like they stopped making 550/575 exhausts, too.

Pablo- Beats me, but seems like the question has been asked before. No experience with this one, but it looks good.

Pablo- Make sure they fit because I believe your Dino is a US spec car and those are Euro mufflers.

Pablo- Beats me. I just know the headers on the US and Euro versions are different and so are the mufflers. If you are having the car restored, I would try and keep it as original as possible.

Not difficult.
You need two new sintered metal seal rings and there are three nuts on each of the two exhaust manifold connections, see the third photo in this tutorial:
http://www.ferrarilife.com/forums/di...tml#post137108

Beyond that there are four mounting nuts to the exhaust hangers aft of the axle. The biggest difficulty is weaving the exhaust run to the forward bank along the passenger's side. The curve around the axle is tricky but you can jack the car up to allow some play to make it easier.

FYI, there are differences between the USA and Euro exhaust systems, see this thread:

Exhaust Headers for US Model 246 Dino

Pablo,

I also had a difficult time locating a set of exhaust headers for my US Model 1972 246 Dino GT after it had been in a rear end accident. I tried obtaining some Tubi Style stainless steel headers, but, found that they stopped producing the US Model headers. Fortunately, I was able to find a source that was able to fabricate a set of exhaust headers for me. This company specializes in the restoration of Ferraris. They were able to use the original exhaust headers from a US Model Dino and constructed jigs for the front and the rear headers. I wanted them to also fabricate the heat shields on each of the exhaust headers. The heat shield fabrication turned out to be a lot more difficult than anticipated, but the end results were great. I will attach some of the photos that were sent to me showing the fabrication process of the headers and heat shields. If you want to view all of the photos of all of the parts that this company fabricated for my Dino, go back to the forum page for "Dino Era: 206, 246" and look for the thread: Parts Source For Damaged 1972 Dino 246 GT (or just click on this link). Go to the second page and scroll about half way down and you will see photos of the fabrication of the rear body panel and the fiberglass pieces and aluminum tray I needed for my trunk floor. After that, you'll see the fabrication of the exhaust headers and the jigs that were made to duplicate the original headers. I also put the contact information for Dennison International Motorsports (the company that produced these parts for me) in the posts with the photos. If you want, I can post it in this thread. Let me know if you want this information.
