2010 Cali buying advice...

Hello...!
I'm new to Ferrari Life but I've been on Maserati Life (owned several) for many years. That was a fantastic source of information as I'm sure this'll be. I just sold my Spyder and looking for either a 360 Spider or early California (I know...doesn't seem to make sense since 2 completely different driving experiences, but they're currently at the same price point). I'm pretty familiar with the 360, but new to the idea of the Cali.

Any advice for a newbie to the California? I've heard of tragic DCT issues, but shouldn't one with 25-35K miles and a good service history, have already presented those types of major issues? Any other "gotchas"? E.g., carbon-ceramic brakes lasting 80-100K miles?

Thanks all!

Cheers,
MKTViper

Hi,

while I cannot answer your question(s), I do have a 2010 California that I would like to sell. I am interested in the Maserati MMXX that will come out in 2020 and I cannot keep my 2010 California with 12,000 miles. Recent oil service at Ferrari of Washington (DC). Hit me up if you want to see pictures and get more details on the car. I have the car cover, two keys, battery tender, etc. Never in any accidents and always garaged at my house since I purchased it from Reeves Import Motors in Tampa, and they purchased it original build from "the collection" auto group in south florida.

Cheers
