Under production 458 Speciale

Hi Guys

Just want to share with all passionate on this forum my newly ordered Speciale

Decided to buy this car as it is the last naturally aspired engine under Luca Cordero di Montezemolo and in my opinion the end of an era.

The combination is pretty much exotic and may not be in the taste of all people but it suit my vision of such car. (Simulation attached)

Just a question of already owners of 458 Speciale on the exhaust note as per the reality and the video I feel a bit of a disappointment however been assured that from 3k km the sound is getting far better.

The first picture of the production line....Feel excited

Thanks in advance for your comments

Green with envy here, but yellow looks good. In fact I like the whole combo of yellow / Eyetie stripes / red interior very much indeed, just not so keen on the gold wheels. Do you have interior shots?

Best wishes, John

Thanks John
I am glad you like it as I am skeptical being a bit overloaded but I love
The Rims in gold in my opinion give it a special touch that I personally love

Attach shot of the interior with green stitching

Speciale' sounds like a 458, with more volume. If you don't like the sound, get a Novitec exhaust.

Pat, awesome and looks great !

Must be a special, special feeling to be able to order and make your selections as wish, especially for such an exquisite car. Full of envy. :steering wheel:

I'll tell you, those seats just look awful. I'll help you out, though. When that bad boy arrives, just hit me up and I'll do you the favor of swapping those for my red Daytonas. I won't even charge ya!

I love the color combo and I think the wheels look great with the Yellow. Congrats!

Patrick nice one, you have a very striking Speciale indeed coming down the line. And I like the wheel combo, that's a bold choice, and a nice departure from the over used black IMHO. I also like your interior combo but maybe would have gone with black on the dash top to reduce any potential reflection in the windscreen, but that's a minor maybe.

Looking forward to the finished shots but do post any other production line ones you get; they are very interesting.

Cheers
Michael

Thanks for that, Pat - lovely interior

Opinion is somewhat polarised on this site when it comes to wheel colour (there is a thread somewhere on the subject). Personally I am rather conservative, preferring silver wheels in almost all cases (my 550 had black ones when I bought it and they looked awful IMO). Each to his own, however - variety is the spice of life and it would be a dull world if we all liked the same thing.

Best wishes, John

Great to head Michael, I am positively happy with the comments so far mainly for passionate Ferrari lovers. True that the dash may have a reflection but the dominant red is a choice I wanted, however thanks for the hint.
Will keep on sending pics along the production line
