Speciale' stripe and other options

Anyone have some pics of some of the stripe options? Looking for what the Italian stripe will look like.

Also, how many are spec'ing radio delete? Not really fond of the cheesy speakers grills in the beautiful carbon door panels. Wonder if you can order the radio, sans speakers, and if someone really wanted to, have a custom stereo company modify the interior fender panels, and add custom speaker enclosures there.

I'm going for the radio delete. Even though initially I had radio and nav added, after I saw these speakers in the door, I cancelled them. Must admit I didn't even start the discussion about changing the door speakers, or just doing it without those and rely on the ones in the rear panel.

True, but also considering for resale. Unlike some, I actually do thing about the next owner, that's why I take good care of my cars, interior, and exterior wise, and also consider the "right" options.

I do listen to the radio in my 458, but it's really just background music, since I have only gone on one "trip" with it. Most of my driving is intown, or on back roads.

Might look good on a non-red car, but the red portion of the stripe gets washed out.

Found it on the "other" site. Wonder what it would look like with the stripe stopped at the hood vents, and on a black car. It's similar to the AFS Corse race car.

Assume the white portion on white car might also look washed out?

So did you marry a blonde, since she would be more likely to remarry and therfore not need Alimony ( for long) if it didn;t work out?

Sorry couldn't resist. I agree with the thought of keeping resale in mind. What percent do you think it matters?

Two observations-
1. The stripe needs an outline to set it off from the car's paint- especially red on red.
2. This may be the only Ferrari that looks better with a Front License plate/Registration Plate ( euro only)

Not a fan of the red/gold wheels.

I just have a pet peeve of not ordering a car with no style, especially those that sell in less than a year.

458 Speciale Italian livery

Hi Guys

It is been a while

Ordered my 458 Speciale in November for a slot production in Feb 2015
Should take delivery around April May 2015
It is quite exotic version based on my own taste that may not be in favor or every one
Still would like to have your views on it

I like it, congrats!

French Racing Blue is also a hit for this combination, in case you doubt yellow.
