The red looks a little orangy in photos, but not in person, love the Rosso Scuderia. Really pops at night.

Yep. Paid 1900 and got what I paid for. But I'm ok with it. It's not permanent. I've read your other posts about your frustrations. I also have small issues. Perhaps hand made cars cannot be perfect. Expected more.
I am concerned about car wash. My local car wash that I take other cars to says they wash Ferraris. When I asked them about the difference, they said that they wash it outside with new towels..
That's it..
I do not want to see any scratches but the dealer detail has already scratched the paint. WTF is all I can say.

I did not let my Dealer touch the car. There are tons of really good detailers in your area. $1000-1500 max. Get her polished up, then learn how to wash correctly, also get a foam gun, really helps to pre soak before washing. Use a leaf blower to blow off the water, later in day when it's cool out. Then gently go over car using front to back wipes with a microfiber towel and quick detail spray. 90 minutes max, and it makes me feel good too.

A lot of the marring on paintwork is inflicted by the drying process - get a water filter, one of the 0 ppm ones and wash the car with your normal water then rinse off with the filter attached to the mains to force all the tap water out of the crevices. Then walk away.

No water spots, no runs of tap water, no marring. That's what I did with my 360 at the weekend, which is a sod for seeming dry, then runs appear an hour later from the engine cover, wing mirrors etc. None this time.

Buy a couple of sheepskin mitts, 2 buckets and your wash process is sorted. Oh, and really decent shampoo so as not to undo the work of the pro detailer when you get that done.

Have a link to your filter setup? Added one last year, but did not work as well as I wanted, plus, the filter when it was used up broke apart and destroyed my hose!

Mark am I right to understand that you therefore don't dry your car at all. Let it dry naturally and if you use the water filter there's no watermarks etc at all?

I'd love to find out more about that - we live in a very high limescale area so if I don't dry the cars with microfibre cloths they end up looking as dirty as they did before the wash with all the watermarks on windows and paintwork.

What I do is right after wash is complete, use a leaf blower to remove most of the water, starting from top down. Then I spritz detail spray on big micro fiber towels, really should be using the big waffle weave drying towels but haven't bought any yet, then I dry off hood, roof, rear hatch and windows, then grab the leaf blower again, and do one side, then the next, then the lower sections. I grab leaf blower again, and dry off wheels. Then I grab a clear microfiber towel, spritz detail spray on one 1/4 of it, and go over any water spots. I contantly turn it, spritz more detail spray on, all the while wiping from front to back only, never in circles. Also don't want to do long strokes, incase anything might be in the towel fibers that may scratch. Checking towels before hand helps, as sometimes stuff from the dryer gets on them. If you want your car to be perfect, use some optimum car wash, and you can do the door jams / inner sills too.

I could have lived without the red stripe down the middle, but really wanted the stitched headrests.
