Insurance advice

Well, I just got my first Ferrari, 458 Italia, I posted the thread few weeks ago "a proud new owner....." And I thank everyone for their advice and warm welcome.

I am looking at insurance options, I have currently a good carrier and they have insured previously some of my cars as "exhibition" based on the specific qualifications of the car and the use habits. I really did not care much about my policy specifics until I purchased this Italia, an exhibition policy is very restrictive, a typical policy is unfit...

I found some insurance companies online specializing in exotics offering tailored products in some cases boosting coverage for selected events or track days, in a "pay what you need scenario", I think this is a better approach but I wanted to ask for your recommendations on carriers, coverage and for the ones participating in track events what is the best way to enjoy your car worry free (at least financially!)

It would be great if you can also share what you pay so I can benchmark!

Thanks again for your help

The best quote I received from LylandWest, car insured for 280K 1,000 deductible, 300-500,000 Liability, NJ based car, $3250/year. Feel free to PM me if you have any questions.
