Beautiful, I just set up the SPA appointment for mine:

Suntek PPF & Cquartz ceramic coating and of-course a K40 radar detector and laser jammer system installed. Spoke with the shipper and she should be here Wednesday or Thursday.

Btw, how dark is the tint on your? Looks nice.

35% tint - this is right after leaving the shop there were water streaks that the installer said would dry up and voila they did.

Went out last night in a heavy rain - the ceramic coating works wonders.

Radar K40 - dealer quoted 2500 local guy wants 4k but it's a full system.

The local installer here in Rochester is charging $3,200 total. Check with K40 directly as their website lists reputable installers. I also found their customer service rep to be extremely helpful.

He suggested installing two front laser jammers, one in the rear and 360' radar detection. He (Brian) also reviewed all the local authorized installers as he had access to who has done installs on which cars and based on that recommended an installer. +1 (224) 209-9300 Is his cell number you may want to reach out to him

That's great!

Will give them a call tomorrow.

FYI - not sure if your FF has LED's but there is a way to shut off the LED's took me a bit to figure out.

Also the EM brake would not release after spa week. I think moving the car around short distances caused the issue - anyway simply take the key out wait a few seconds and it resets itself.

100 Miles away, the kids are more excited than I; as they don;t know what I traded in the 612 for. Have too say today I took her (612) out for a final spin. Truly an awesome car; already missing it. I guess the FF will soon replace those feelings with joy. When I got rid of the DB9 for the 612, no such feeling of loss.

Hopefully the DCT experience will be pleasurable, the F1 was so much fun to drive

She arrived 90 arrived 90 min ago; Wow, the crispness when shifting. Looking forward to taking her out for an extended drive tomorrow. Quick question how do you calibrate the tires, i wen to the main menu and selected calibrate function, nothing happened. I know in the 612 one had to hold the button down till it blinked and began calibration. Thanks in advance a few pics of the FF and then one of the 612.

Looks excellent in black.

Have no idea how to calibrate.

The DCT which I was not looking forward to is nice - in traffic up a steep incline have zero concerns about the clutch.

It took me a few drives to dial in smooth shifts but it's very easy to use as a daily.

Once you go on a spirited drive you will forget the 612 - FF does everything better love how it delivers the seat belt

Having the same issue with my Speciale' after fixing right rear flat. Push ok button, nothing happens, still get stupid message after 4 drives. Read somewhere else this needs to be reset by a dealer, but not sure.

Ok called dealer, found instructions:

Start car, put it into first gear and hold the brake. Go into menu, setup, and scroll down to carsetup, then go down one more, should see calibrate TPMS. Go for a 1-2 mile drive and should be ok. Dealer said to make sure your cold tire pressures are at factory recommended pressures before doing the calibration.

Thank you, only issue I setup my parking sensors so I can get to main screen when parked it displays the parking sensor diagram.

You would think it wouldn't be that hard to get back to the setup screen, will call dealer once done with work

Worked through the setup and was able to get to the main screen; have to push the parking button in the control panel above rear view mirror to get out of parking sensor screen.

I have a yellow triangle with ! , warning icon on the Left TFT display, how does one scroll through to find out what the warning is about?

That will show up if you need to calibrate your TPMS sensors. The error will be described quickly at startup as well.

You are not scrolling down far enough to get to the TPMS calibration, it is below the options you will be able to see, keep going down 1 more.
