I've signed up for this year. Should be a nice trip... let me know if anyone wants to convoy from Annapolis/Severn/Columbia area or meet up on the way.

Thanks Ed and Ken for the plugs. Hope to see you guys at Cavallino. And thankyou to those who have expressed interest or have already registered. It would be fantastic to get a good amount of Fcars from the mid-atlantic group to come up for this. Last year we had quite a large caravan of about 25 cars coming up from Northern VA/DC. We will certainly connect the people from the various car groups so that they can form a single large caravan from the south. Again, thanks everyone for your interest. It's a great charity. |

******Just an update for everyone. We have some great sponsors this year including Algar Ferrari of Philadelphia, Harrisburg Fiat and Competizione and Sports Cars. You know that Algar will be bringing some incredible machinery with them, and Harrisburg Fiat will be showcasing the new Fiat 500 Abarth. Additionally, we will have an actual Jordan Formula 1 car that raced in the F1 series in 2003. Go to the website here to see some pics: Cool Cars for Cats and Canines - Exotic Car Show - Home I have received lots of emails from people asking if there will be any animals at the show this year. We will in fact have a puppy playpen as well as a few kittens up in the tent area. Thank you to all who have registered so far. For those who haven't, won't you please consider helping us out with this very charitable event? Registration is very simple and painlessly accomplished online at the show website above. Thank you to all. |

Thank you gentlemen for the bump. For those of you who would like to join a caravan, there is one that will be starting at Tyson's Corner in Northern Va, and coming all of the way to Hershey with several stops along the way. Here is the thread from 6speed online: 2nd annual castaway critters car show - 6speedonline.com Forums The caravan information is on page 4 of the thread. Also, I received awesome news today. It looks as if the Jordan F1 car that is attending the show this year will have some company. The 1997 F1 World Championship winning Williams car, that was driven by Jacques Villeneuve, has just left the UK and is on it's way here. The car SHOULD arrive and clear customs just in time for the show, providing there are no holdups. Let's hope that transatlantic voyage history doesn't repeat itself. (100 year anniversary of the sinking of the Titanic is April 15!) Thank you to all who have registered so far. You are directly impacting the lives of hundreds of abandoned and homeless companion animals. We truly appreciate it. And the animals appreciate it even more. |

If anyone was planning on joining the caravan at the Baltimore stop listed in the 6speedonline thread that I referenced above, please note that the location has changed. Here is the revised Baltimore location from the thread: C. BALTIMORE, MD [arrive 6:45am – leave by 7:10am]: We will combine forces with the Baltimore group at Best Buy in Hunt Valley (118 Shawan Road, Hunt Valley, MD 21030). Again, short window for everyone arriving, but we should have just enough time to get a quick break. You can get fuel at the next stop should you need it. |
