"Warbirds & Ferraris" event
Saturday, July 9, 2011
9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Come spend the day with the WWII airplanes at the National Capital Squadron (NCS) hangar and museum in Culpeper, VA.
We will be joining the NCS at their Open Hangar Day in July by adding a display of our Ferrari cars to their hangar.

All proceeds will benefit the NCS with their efforts to restore, maintain, and fly the aircraft and fund the museum displays.
A BBQ lunch will be provided by the NCSM staff.

Pictures of the WWII era planes can be seen at http://www.nationalcapitolsquadron.org.
The NCS also plans on having warbird rides available for sale for any interested participants.
We had a few people take some airplane rides last year in planes like a T-28 Trojan and a Waco biplane.

Space is limited to a total of 24 cars to participate in the group of cars on display, so register early.

We had fun too but can't attend unless we find a local hotel and B&B that is dog friendly (well-behaved Jack Russell - not an oxymoron).

BTW, bring your checkbook.

not sure if we can make it because we planned on spending the day in Baltimore due to the monster truck jam show at B&T stadium. All depends on the boss!
