Checks.... how quaint.... I can't remember the last time I wrote a check for something.....

I wonder if $40.00 dollars includes an open bar. May go to see some friends and hopefully some nice cars. Thanks for posting this.

Jim -- If it is like the last one I went to only soft drinks were included, the food was very good though, a 4-course meal I believe. The last event was very interesting, Dick Merritt gave a talk about importing and federalizing exotics from the 60's onwards....

Robert -- Looking forward to hearing all about racing in the 50's and learning more about your Mondial, I just realized this will be the 3rd time we've had lunch

I hear you Jim.

I don't care to spend $10 plus $2 gratuity for half a class of pedestrian wine.

Especially if I can't put it in the gas tank.

But thanks for posting.

I see only 80 yr old grandmothers writing checks at the grocery store. I write one check per month for my child support....Didn't we suggest Paypal or the like YEARS ago? One day the FCA-MAR will come into this century.....probably not.....

There's an opening for treasurer... perhaps whomever assumes that position will feel more comfortable with electronic transactions for events. Maybe Ferrari can show them how its done since they are all but taking over the clubs now.

So, I guess you won't be going Ed?

Get your lazy butt out of bed and come meet us in Annapolis for C&C this Sunday, 0800-1000. We've got some new dumpsters. I have a gift to give you in-person.

Hi guys,

First I want to thank Bob DeMart and Bill Proctor for putting together a great video and slide presentation. I also had a fun time reminiscing about racing "back in the day".

It was interesting watching the reactions of diners going to the restaurant next door to Il Pizzico as they walked past a nice grouping of beautiful new and old Ferraris.

I suspect that Ron or Bill will be posting some of the parking lot shots.

Best regards,

Robert

Yes - thanks to all for a great Enzo birthday celebration.
Robert - you did a great job conveying the life progression of your car (Mondial 500) and all those wonderful experiences and pictures.
Look forward to seeing pics from the event.
