Heard Ed will be lending his car to Portis so he can give all the disadvantaged kids living near the stadium free top speed rides.... Way to support the community Ed....

How can I describe this event? Well, all the players were there, and despite the big news today about Albert Haynesworth's worth and the Coach's opinion of him, he did manage to bring a big crowd and TV cameras in front of my 308, then he smiled and pointed to it saying, "Now, that's old school right there! I like that. That's old school." So, I guess he did alright against Baltimore in my book, and maybe he's just gonna take it easy with the Jets because he's conserving energy for Dallas.

Anyway, Albert had 2 rides there. His unmodified (bless him for that) Maybach and a Land Rover modified for him by a New York TV show place. Here are some photos of him walking around and his rides..

Yes it was fun. There was everything from handbuilt motorcycles, monster trucks with train whistles blowing, to exotics. The only thing that wasn't "fun" after awhile was being parked next to a Corvette Undercover Cop Car that played a loud loop of "Bad Boys". I had no idea that was going to happen until the sleeper's scissor doors opened up and the light show began. It was definitely unique, but not something you want to park next to for hours and hours...

Your being kind by describing it as torture. Unfortunately, I have had to many close encounters with those kinda people.

Glad you enjoyed it Neon.

No problemo Chimps! I was sent an invitation, it's for a good cause, I like cars, so I went for it. I'm a season ticket holder, but doubt that was connected with this.

L.C. - Thanks (again) for the nice words about my ride.

Driving well-paved open roads through Loudoun County, VA on a beautiful day is something we should all consider doing together soon

Those tasty roads I was referring to were in monkey county... not loud-on.... The only interesting part in the Commonwealth was getting on White's Ferry.... Which for those of you that aren't clearance challenged is sort of cool....
