Talking about lacking sense of humor and in good spirit ....reminds me of the times when you street park in LA,....boy, these public servants are dead serious and have absolutely no flexibility at all. On this one occasion, I parked my rentacar along Melrose Ave. and when I got out, I realized I did not have small changes so I walked to a nearby shop for changes (less than a minute away from the car),...as I was walking back and getting ready to dump coins in the meter, one of those tiny vehicle with parking watchdog drove right by and yelling something like "you better pay or else" . My goodness, talking about dimes and quarters...so serious and rude. w/ smiles Jimmy
