Default UK events in 2009

Now I'm back in the owners community I want to get out in the 308 and take her to meets with other enthusiasts.

I'm a bit out of touch this year and haven't got a clue what events are planned either through the FOC, the local area groups of the FOC (Midlands, east Mids, 3 shires, Eastern England) and any other groups such as Angelis's Scud Runners.

Please can you post any events you know of on here.

For starters, I know about the Auto Italia at Stanford Hall, Leicestershire on Sunday 7th June, there should be a good turn out of Ferrari's there

Does this mean you're planning to use the 308 more than you did the 328?

If you want to PM your e-mail address I can send you my spreadsheet of dates (I don't really want to post it on the open forum). It doesn't include your local FOC Area Group events though as I look after Surrey.

Mr Tremlett, do I detect a hint of scepticism there? ;-) I think you saw my 328 on at least 2 occasions.

I hope I have learned from my previous mistakes and have every intention of using the 308 more.

PM on it's way to you

Three occasions actually, but I hope to see the 308 rather more frequently! I shan't be at Stanford Hall this year, though, as it clashes with the Goodwood Supercar breakfast.

Incidentally, I note that I haven't yet seen your 328 since you sold it although the new owner is an FOC member.

Yes my old 328 is a very shy car.

Hopefully see you at the FOC Concours on June 28th. I'll make sure my son is not playing with a model Lambo in the FOC tent this time

I really hope I can attend a couple of events with the Boxer this year. But I'm not sure of my diary just yet. I'll make a note of the 28th of June.

If any of you is going to the Goodwood Revival, let me know - I'll be there with several Ferrari friends. Would be nice to meet up.

Thanks for those, unfortunately I can't do Tadworth, but Cliveden might be OK. FLED is out for me as I have too many other commitments in June. Hopefully I can make FLED 3.

I think there are about 20 places left for Cliveden. If you can make, suggest you sign up quickly via the Scudrunners site:

I managed to rearrange my plans for that weekend and have put my name on the list now. Should be a nice run out for the 308, a couple of hundred miles.
