Plans are in the early stages, but we are considering meeting up in London and then driving to Cliveden House where we will park on the long driveway in front of the house and have lunch, photo/video shoots, etc.

We therefore need to know how many people will be interested in coming along as we need to start booking.

Meet Time: From 8:30 am

Leave Hyde Park: 9:30 am latest

Route: Drive through London, then along the M4 to Cliveden House. (About 30 miles from Central London - about 40 minute drive)

Important update:

Any Ferrari, lambo, & Maserati will need to be on the guest list so that they will not have to pay the normal National Trust entry fee (normally £7.50 per person).


The lunch options available


Lunch option 1
We need a minimum of 12 people for the lunch buffet. So far we have 8 confirmed. Please note that you will need to forward a cheque to me for £40 per seat. This will not be cashed if you come to the dinner (bring cash on the day), but will be cashed if you confirm and don't turn up.

(Unfortunately, any non attendance will result in Boxer and I having to pay for that person, hence the cheque in advance).

If we don't get 12 people to confirm, we'll have to go with options 2 or 3.

BUFFET MENU:

Home-cooked ham glazed with honey
Mediterranean vegetable salad
Selection of homemade bread

Buttered new potatoes with herbs
Salmon with saffron rice

Caramelised lemon tarts
Exotic fruit platter
Sockles of ice creams and sorbets

which includes a couple of beers or 2 glasses of wine plus a bottle of water.

There is also a restaurant there run by the estate trust. Those not eating in option 1 can eat here if they wish.

Overnight stay - Special offer at the Cliveden
Cliveden is also offering: Bed & Breakfast Special Rate of £175 plus VAT for (two guests sharing a room) for any Ferrari Owner attending the event. Rooms are very limited and it is 1st come 1st serve basis only.

The buffet will be paid for in advance by Boxer so you will need to pay him on the day. The cost will be £40 per person.

Don't worry. Turn up at Hyde Park and find me (I'll be with a walking stick) and I'll put you on the list.

If you are meeting us at Clivden, then tell the people at the entrance you are part of the Ferrari group. Note, you will only be let in for free if you have a Ferrari, maserati, lamborghini or other exotica.

If you have any other vehicle you will have to pay £7.50.


Buffet lunch

If you are having the booked buffet lunch, please remember to bring cash on the day and pay either myself or Boxer (he'll be in the F50) when we have lunch. Boxer has been kind enough and trusting enough to pay for all of us in advance. Any no shows and he still has to pay.
