Mate is having serious trouble getting these. Anyone have ideas were to find them. Eurospares only have 2 used ones. The mates car needs all of them I think.

I assume your referring to the bent and formed steel fuel lines, with the black plastic segments, going from the fuel distributors to the injectors? I'm sure there for sale "out there somewhere". I did see a used set on ebay a while back that went CHEAP....like $60 !! That was a once-in-a-lifetime deal!! I don't know what a dealer or parts house would charge for them. I did buy one fuel line from Ricambi-USA for $115. So that should give you an idea of the costs. I would keep looking for a good used set if possible. Keep us updated.....

Apologies, I haven't been on in a while due to other things getting in the way. Yes Carguy, that's the ones. The Ferrari dealers the mate tried say that the pipes are no longer being listed. Eurospares offered him one used side for something like £500 which is a little bit much I thought, and a little surprising as they are normally good on the price of used stuff. but I suppose it's all down to supply and demand. We've got no further with sourcing a set so far and he's been so fed up about it, he's put the car back into the container. That's almost 10 years the cars been off the road now. I'm starting to think it will be one of those barn finds someone will come across in about another 30 years I'll keep hunting though. "When I was a boy, I had a dream. I would try all of the usual Ferrari "used parts" vendors. Somebody has them. Maybe try these places in the U.S.: T. Rutlands Evans Automotive Special Italian Recycling Carobu Engineering It seems like Euor-Spares would have the fuel pipes. Good Luck in your search. If I happen to find a set, I'll let you know. |
