Default Looking for 512 wheels or anything aftermarket

Can't seem to find much. Want to put my stock wheels aside and update the look of the car. I'd really like some 512 wheels or something like an HRE. Anybody have anything for sale? The stuff on Ebay isn't my style.

512TR wheels are the best looking in my opinion. But you can also bolt on a set of F355 wheels...almost like the 512TR wheels. Or you can run a set of 360 modena wheels - which is what I have on my TR. The TR's offsets make it difficult to find perfect fitments. For 512TR and F355 wheels you will need spacers and longer wheel bolts. The 360 wheels bolt straight on, but the rear offset is less so the rears are moved outboard a bit...but not bad.

Carobu Engineering have some nice looking wheels, both in spline drive & normal lugged: Ferrari Wheels

'99 550, Rosso Corsa / Nero, S/N:114654, Assy: 31836, Engine: 52084

High mileage, low compression, and missing on a few cylinders.....just like my cars.

What Ed meant was the owner on this site with the alias "360modena" has a TR with aftermarket wheels.

I'm not sure if they fit, here is the bolt pattern on 360s:

5x108 mm, I'll try to update the document with TR once I find their bolt pattern

Hi TR CHAD,
Have you 'viewed' my 18" ADVANTI RACING WHEEL and TYRE PACKAGE on EBay?
These were on my 328 GTS before sold.
Regards Porscheroger.

Default Carobu 19" Wheels

Chad- You might like these 19" wheels, which allow you to take advantage of the best of the new tires.

I agree . Great rims. Problem is I wasn't ready to spend another 6k upgrading the brakes. Those rims show the entire caliper and rotor...which is not very sexy on these cars!!

Yes...the TR's rotors and calipers are tiny. So if you upgrade to 18 inch wheels that's what happens...they become very visible. I haven't upgraded the brakes on my TR yet....I just live with it for now. The 360 "starfish" wheels are really open. So I have to keep the inner wheel clean too. Definately 512TR wheels are best looking, followed by F355 wheels, and either type is quite expensive. You figure the cost of the wheels, then tires, then spacers, and finally longer wheel bolts....$$$$

Brakes? I think mine have 1 mm clearance between rotor and wheel. Must be some cheaper solutions out there. Wheels first, then brakes? Most of us cannot afford it all at once.
