thank you so much for those pictures, details show the soul of the car!

it is very clear by those pictures how the engine is part of the structure, that is what makes the F50 really unique in mechanical aspects, IMO

but that last picture was the best one, CFRP all the way!!! hehehehehe

Dear Comrade Boxer,

The images certainly convey quite superbly the huge complexity of this magnificent motor car and is it any wonder that they are so inordinately expensive. I particulalry liked the neat welding on the exhaust and other components. Often the welding on cars - even very expensive models is very poorly executed.

It is very interesting looking at the F40 and F50 side by side. In areas the F40 looks like it is being held together by green toothpaste where the F50 is beautifully constructed. On the F40 you almost feel that the body was an annoying after thought. On the F50, the body is the car.
