As many may be aware, the UK suffered from heavy flooding last spring. In this state of crisis, Comrade Vulcan F40 had his cars properly outfitted to meet Mother Nature's challenge.

Very ingenius. If you don't mind and haven't yet patented your ideas, I would like to implement them on my 328 for use during the annual solstace flooding ceremony at the national concours.
