Huge premium and not worth it unless you planned to park it in a museum.

I your opinion what is a fair price for an F40? Given a mint condition!

Boxer , regardless of the year model can it be taken to USA? Or it would pay a lot of taxes that would make the purchase absurd?

Yes Boxer , but if i want to buy the F50 or F40 , both are less than 25 years so that will not work!!!!

Pablo- F40 turns 25 this year, so you would be set on one of those by the time you found it and imported it. It is already EPA exempt because it is over 21 years old.

Pablo- From what I read, the early ones are the good ones. Besides, who cares about import tax compared to how much it would have cost to make it comply with EPA standards? By next year, they will all be over 21 years old.

Very early F40s are now 25 years old. Production started in 1987
