Default Nissan GTR transmission replacement schedule?!?!?

I saw this on another forum I am on, and well it makes me dislike the GTR even more. It is an amazing piece of machinery but for these costs I would much rather be throwing it at a Ferrari. At least the Ferrari will maintain its re-sale

One of my techs just got back from a special Nissan training GTR deal. Here are some interesting Facts.
-Can only launch the car 15 times before the transmission gives out. The most Nissan has got was 34 launches.
-The fluid lists at 80 dollars a quart. It costs dealerships 49.99 a quart. The car takes 10 quarts.
-The warranty depends on the driving, there is a black box in it just like an airplane.
-Customers have to sign a waiver stating they will not complain about brake or transmission noise.
-The brakes MUST be replaced at the same time, cost for replacing 6500.
-If something goes wrong other than an oil change at the dealership, a special team needs to be called and your outta a car for a while.
So yea. Sounds promising. Sounds fast, for a couple of months

Wow that is ridiculous....not the usual Nissan reliability.

Is that in a special launch mode? IIRK, the CS only gets 4 launches in full race mode.

i dont about reliabilty because my friend has a 300zx and its been having problems since the day he bought it, it might have to do with just his luck but the things that have gone wrong were power steering went out, car wont start most of the time, ac went out(thats usual in a 15 year old car though), cant think of anything else right now, i can believe all that guy said because nissan hasnt been the same since renault has owned them in 1999, the gtr was blown up too much i think.

Yes, I would say in launch mode. Otherwise you couldn't justify the car as being anything other than a track car.
