Windshield

I have a 365 GT that, I have to remove the front & rear windshield.
Is there a way or a tool to do that job and do not crack the glass or cut the rubber seals.
I do not know if there is someone that sales the rubber seals to replaced the old ones if I have to cut them.
Any ideas.
