Wow, 75% of the original vehicle retained! Amazing. I'm speechless. Everyone, this is a MUST watch video. Everything in house accept the bumpers.

Very nice rebuild!

What can you tell me about glass bending? I may have a need for this project:

I have so much respect for those talented individuals that have mastered the art of metal shaping. I can't bend anything without destroying it not to mention the blood blisters obtained using that draconian torture devise commonly referred to as an English wheel.

Thanks for the feedback.
Well first of all, chroming and glass bending are two things that we do not handle in shop and are outsourced.

Secondly, once you have the CAD files, there is no sense in messing with models. We also do rapid-prototyping and machine-made 3-D models that save you loads of time and are based off of your CAD file. If you were to change something in your CAD program and wanted to see a model of it, rather than just messing with models, we can rapid prototype here in shop.

Just curious, do you own your own shop or is building cars something you just do as a hobby? Thanks again for the feedback.

I think some modern Borrani wheels would be very fitting of the Modern 275 project Mark it working on.

Yes I agree that would look pretty spiffy! If he is looking for the classics, those are still all handmade as well. As long as the car doesn't have carbon ceramic brakes

Can you still supply the competition Borranis that were fitted to the 275 GTB/C and 250 LM?

Borrani ... WOW

If there is one item that I go CRAZY over it's Borrani's

I ordered new Dayton's for a Healey 3000 last year and purchased the Borrani knock off's from Moss.

I have no idea if they are actually Borrani - it's the three spoked hub that I had to have!

one question, any concerns about the strength of the metal (frame, engine, gearbox mainly) after being exposed to a fire like that?

Yeah, all of the classic Borrani rims are still handmade in Italy and we are the exclusive importer, distributor, and restorer for North, South, and Central America. Is this something you are interested in purchasing or do you know someone in need of these?
