There are a few aerospace treatments which raise the corrosion point ..... one that I used a while back was electro-polishing. I used it initially for appearance purposes ....... but on identical exhaust applications it fared far better than its 'untreated' counterpart. The clearly visible effect after treatment, was it had a smoothed/semi-polished finish with a very light 'orange peel' and the surface was also cleared of small manufacturing marks.

........... F355 ...........

Being two totally different animals...the driving experience is what dictates this.

The 355, being mid-engined, is a handling machine. The 456, front-engined, is more of a touring vehicle.

If you want to go on long road trips with others, go to the golf course, take your kids places, get the 456GT. If you want to take day trips with others, solo road trips and do some track days, get the 355.

I got the 355 but would like to be able to take the wife and kid for a trip but can't, where with the 456 I'd be able to. However, I'm big on track days so that was the tradeoff.

With the 456 GT thought, it does depend on how big your kids are. Much over 5 feet and it is very tight in the back.
