308 GTSi Speedometer Adjustment

Hi Everybody

After my first ride this spring the speedometer of my car stays at 20 km/h when i stop. When i drive again, the speedo works fine but starts at 20km/h and reads about this amount more than I think I drive. Has anybody a idea how i can adjust this

You cannot adjust this. they are all like that. If you look closely at the speedometer you will see a small pin that holds the neddel up around 20 k/mph
