F355 Header opinions needed!

355 Owners. Those of you who have replaced the OEM exhaust manifolds; what did you replace them with?

Ceramic coated? (Inside? Outside? Both?)

Heatshielded?

Time in service?

Effectiveness?

Was your choice advertised as a "lifetime" solution?

And further issues?

A million questions as I prepare to be proactive.

Ed- Great recommendation. Internet advice is worth what you pay for it, unless it comes from a pro. True pro advice is priceless, and can save you a ton of money.
