Rattle in drivers side door

Is anyone out there having the same problem I am having? There is a rattle when i drive with the window down. My mechanic tightens up some gromets but they always loosen up. He told me they are very expensive and even the new ones might loosen.

Any feed back??

Thats what my mechanic told me...not really sure. I was wondering if this is common.
