Sometime ago I upgraded the sound in the car as I am sure many owners will agree the original set up is somewhat asthmatic at best.

To run new RCA cables as well as the speaker cables for the rear speakers and the tweeter wiring it required removal of the dash as well as center console.
The new tweeters were placed were the factory setup was initially and the rear speakers were placed in a specially constructed box behind the seats.


The brake upgrade is 355mm semi floating discs with 4 piston CNC machined calipers from forged aluminium by Powerbrake and Endless brake pads 2 sets one being for normal use and the other for track use.

As this was the first kit that Powerbrake have made for the 355 I had to have the car measured by them.

Although the conversion was made late last year work has not permitted me to fully bed in the new brakes which require some 400kms of normal "town" driving prior to heavy use.

Wow, big job. Well done! I agree on the stereo - the one in my 550 is also pretty weak.

I always liked the non-airbag steering wheel the best on the F355. Nice car, will be fun when back on the road.
