355 Parking Break

Has anyone had to deal with removing and replacing the parking break on a 355? I just installed my new Recaro seats and had to remove the parking break from the frame. Now when I try to realign the holes, its nearly impossible.

Any help is greatly appreciated, before I take it to my local dealer.

Hope the dealer can offer a break on repairing the brake!!!
