Default 348 barnfind thread banned from other site?

I was following a fantastic warehouse find thread at the other site and.......opinions were shared and the poster was banned mid thread. As a result of all the hoopla I found this site, has the warehouse find 348 guy moved over here and resumed the restoration?

I am in NO way trying to re-hash any of the issues and or arguments posted over "there", just trying to find out if this thread continues here.

The restoration threads are my absolute favorite- (birdman- one of the best to date)- so I would love to see whats been going on with the 348.

Topic was:As I Found It!
It was a warehouse find 94 348 spider
poster was:mackb61

I would have to do a search and I'm guessing the only other place where all the factors would come into your description, posting, barn find, good thread then ban due to personal or drama behaviour, would be FC.

ok, see the thread and remember it, but lost interest lately. Interesting thing, and I agree about page 17. having said that, yes, others here have posted similar, and we are hoping for more.

Does anyone know Mackb61? Is it a right assumption that he lives in Cali? Perhaps someone from Ferrparts can get in touch with him so he can continue fitting the pieces together for us?

Dave Helms said he had talked to mackb61 a few times when he was looking for parts. I think mack said he was stopping on the project for a while. Maybe when he starts up again, he'll continue the thread here.

This topic was discussed pretty thoroughly here:

Power Trip?

Rob lay even joined. Don't know the guy, but i hope somebody gets ahold of him and sends him our way. I guess rob finally figured out how many people he and his mods are driving over here and felt he had to respond. Business as usual at old f-chat.

I assume CA is the right state based on him having to pay the back registration fees-which one would only do if it were to be re-registered in that state?

Yeah I saw that thread but was hoping that there was another one that dealt with just the restoration aspect.
Seeing as so many folks found their way over here....thought maybe mack would have as well.

GOOD: Posted that althought that thread had denegrated to pissing, that I would like to see it back on topic...if not just to discuss, but, then kept on about the OP being banned etc. and now Rob is hoping he'll kindle the communication again...

Without hijacking this to 'that other' discussion. Would be GREAT to have him continue it entire thread here. Know when 350HPMondial started here, after his ban, he tried to re-post the entire thing, but probalby got frustrated and just tossed it. Also, got desire to go back: dang.

Agreed, the thread on FC was going to be the thread of the year instead it took a turn for the worst. Hopefully he will join us here thanks to Rob investigative work

Default Bump

Call this an anniversary question:

Since staying on this site entirely [guess my world is flat as there must be no other sites], I was just wondering if anyone ever caught the SN of this 348
and
more importantly, what became of the barn find car or owner
