Default 1969 Ferrari GT 2+2

I ran across this car for sale on E-Bay motors, thought maybe someone might be interested here at Ferrarilife...Car"s curent bid is 40,000 USD...car can be bought for 65,000USD now. Car VIN is listed as 12377. Car appears from photo's to be quite original, and has stated mileage as being 9,865.00 I am curious by nature...what is the value of this car in restored condition? and what is the value differential between a 1969 GT versus a 1969 GT 2+2?... I am currently looking for a Testarossa or a 512 TR, thus the user name "Redhead Seeker"...I am only interested in white or black....please don't hate me for not wanting a "red" Ferrari...If anyone knows of a Pristine example I live in California(S.F. area)...Please PM me...Thank you.

A full restored 365 GT 2+2 is worth in the range of $65-80k today.

Presumably you mean a 365 GTB/4 (aka the Daytona). In general, it is worth just over $200k more than the 2+2.

Ferrari did not do us any favors with use of the 365 as a model name. I believe there are 8 different cars all using 365 in the model descriptor:

365 GT 2+2
365 GTC
365 GTS
365 GT4 2+2
365 GTB/4
365 GTS/4
365 GTC/4
365 GT4 BB

True, but in 1969 there were only two, the 365 GT 2+2 and 365 GTB/4.

BTW, in your list, the last 365 GTC should read 365 GTC/4. And you missed out on the 365P (the one-off 3 seat Dino prototype).
