Default Lusso 5485

In 1970 I saw this car auctioned off and am curious as to its whereabouts.
The registry doesn't even list its original color.
Any information would be appreciated.

Marcel Massini will know its original colour, and possibly the current owner.

Only info I have been able to find is that it is a 1964.

Have you tried Mike Sheehan ?

Thanks for the input guys.
I posted on a whim after looking at an old catalog I have.
It is a 64, original color was red/orange.
I have the seller's name and will follow up when I return from vacation.
BTW it sold for 4K (no misprint), but as a struggling student it might have been 400K to me. At the same time I tried to convince my dad that a GTO offered at 6K might be a good investment. He didn't bite

The stories on what 250 GTOs sold for in the late 60s are just painful
