Car has been for sale for at least 18 months. Asking price initially was $1.2 million IIRC, now dropped under $800k. Still too much if you ask me. A good Lusso should be around $600k at the moment, this one maybe $650k.

Not sure they're prepared to accept current market prices... but yeah, it looks like a great car and I personally would love a Lusso. There have been a lot of comments here on it not being that great to drive but I would love to find out for myself. And with those looks, the stature it buys you at international events, and the long-term investment potential, you can forgive it a lot.

I was offered a semi-competition spec (non-original but extremely well executed, see FORZA magazine of October 2009) for that kind of price recently. It made my juices flow in a big way, I must say. But the best was lot 216 last May at the RM Auction in Maranello. That blue competition Lusso was just phenomenal. http://www.rmauctions.com/FeatureCar...f09&CarID=r126

I still can't believe it didn't sell, I would have bought it if I had the money at the time.

Wonder if he'd take a 612 on trade...

;-)

Stunning Car.

I love the trailer: "FINANCING" two mill down and a small country as collateral

Typo for sure. He has some interesting inventory.

Beautiful car. The Lusso has long been one of my favorites.
