Grille by Michelini Uno, will fit 360 challenge

That is the standard challenge grille.

it is NOT the Challenge Stradale grille.

No problem.

It looks like a good deal, however.

My personal preference on a 360 is challenge front grille and solid/stock rear grille.

I would always opt for the challenge rear grill on the 360. Helps greatly with engine heat.

Challenge grill is a must though I must also add that the stock rear of a 430 looks equally fantastic.

Here's a before/after picture when I modified the rear of my car. In reality, the car looks now much wider than before. In terms of engine bay heat evacuation, the CF grill makes a big difference. The engine bay stays much cooler now.

I just installed a rear challenge grill in my 360. It not only looks better, I am amazed at the lower engine operating temperature. Glad I did it. Front grills are next.

Hi Stef,

I know your rear bumper was damaged and that made you think of the challenge grill, but if the oem bumper is intact, can it be modified to accommodate the CF grill, or it needs a new special rear bumper?

Only way is to cut the top half of your stock bumper, but why would you want to do that? You'd be able to see the fugly gap if its not cut perfectly. Just get the challenge grill and the lower bumper, it costs a fair bit but would save you heaps of grief.

Hi Harry,

You're right, I took the chance after this accident to change all rear parts. Unfortunately, yes, you have also to change the rear bumper for a lower version so that the CF Grill can fit above. With OEM parts, that is quite an expensive mod (7/8000 $ including painting).

Be careful, for the F430, the OEM CF Grill and mesh have specific part numbers despite the fact they look identical as on the Scuderia.

F430
CF Grill : 69579600
Mesh : 669569100

Scuderia
CF Grill : 80869800
Mesh : 80635500

They are cheaper solutions at least for the CF Grill. I remember I received several offers including one from Capristo which looked very nice : 1.100€

Thanks F430Addict and Stef!

I didn't now that Capristo do them too!
I will check them out.
They will most probably be the next project.
The scuderia 16M engine grills have arrived today and they look amazing.
I will be installing them this weekend!

Personally, I like the appearance of a challenge grill on the 355 and 360 much better than on the F430, or at least the F430 looks quite good without it and not like it's missing anything. The grill cools better for all models, and shows the shiny mufflers better, so it's a plus for those reasons regardless.

I like the F430 oem rims better than challenge style rims. That is what I put on my 360.

The Challenge Grill really should have been a standard fitment on all 360s.
