Welcome to FerrariLife and congrats with your purchase.

Is your car a F1 or manual gear? There must be an error code stored in the E-Diff ECU, something that your dealer can get with their diagnostic tool. This will tell what's exactly going on.

Does the car stays forced in wet drive mode?

Sonny, what an unfortunate coincidence... Same exact story for me. I just bought a 2005 spider and with less than 30 minutes of drive time after being delivered, I got the same error codes as you and the manettino limits me to ice and wet modes. I don't want to hijack your thread, so I'll just watch and update if I find a fix.

My salesman suggested that I lock the car with the remote, then wait 10 minutes. I tried this and it did reset the alarm, but it popped up a few minutes later. The other question he had for me was if it was hooked to a battery tender. It was not. I took delivery on 4/28 and flew out the next day for a week long vacation. Got home, drove it and the errors popped up. I connected the battery tender and am going to give it a another try after 24hr. I may also try a new battery.
