|  Carbonio Air Boxes
So I bought the Carbonio Air Boxes from a buddy tonight off his old 430. Bought them for looks but now I read they improve the sound and horsepower by 10-12? Is this true?  |

Hi Jim, I'm afraid they don't improve sound or HP  Sound will be not as good as stock because these air boxes don't have the horns (resonators). Air flow will not be improved with CF air boxes. This depends more on the air filter you will use. A K&N or BMC air filters will improve just a little bit the air flow and will give a specific intake sound. So just buy the CF air boxes for their look as they look really great  Enjoy |

The carbon cup also added some low down torque! The pull is now awesome ( with the Starbusks ice Americano black)!  |
