My first problem

Celeste and I took the Spider up to OC today to have brunch in Laguna. Upon return to the car, the driver door would not unlock or open. The passenger side works fine. Manually unlocking with the key does not work either. Using the interior door release, it does not seem to lift fully, it almost feels like something is blocking it.

Because the door won't open, I can't take off the interior panel to troubleshoot.

Any ideas? If not, she's off to the dealer tomorrow.

I'm not a tech or an expert but my friend had the door handle on his spider fail and he was able to remove the top of the door arm rest and access some of the mechanism. I don't know if it will help in your case though.
