Default Ferrari 360 Insurance and Maitenance Costs

I am interested in getting a ferrari 360 but am unsure because of insurance costs. Could any owners tell me how much they pay for insurance and if it is worth it.
Thanks,
Mike

I pay less for a 360 spider than I do for my Harley Davidson-around $350 every 6 months for insurance (however, the car is "lightly driven")

Farmer's / Southern California $1,100.00 Year on a business policy

Maintenance:

On a well sorted serviced car as a baseline, your cost equates to approximately .25 per mile driven, including a 3 year / 15K belt change.

YES ....worth every cent / dollar !

I actually had to pay $6k on my F430. Depends on how old you are, driving experience and any speeding tickets.

North Suburbs of Chicago. 2003 360 Spider, insured as a low mileage pleasure vehicle. Just under $700 per year from State Farm.

Sounds very reasonable. Rates in the UK would be at least 2X that.

i read in an article one of the tennis player (Andy Murray if not mistaken) had to pay 100k for his INSURANCE!? Is that a misspell or what? Even when i thought paying 6k for mine is expensive, his is unbelievable. I'm 20 years old which is why it's pretty expensive compared to others (and drive in Boston), and they just jack up the price for young people.

If you are under 30, premiums are very high.

There are a few Footballers (Soccer) players in the UK who pay near the value of the car (probably fair given that many of them have a habit of writing off Ferraris. Astons, Bentleys, etc).

$1000/yr to insure through liberty mutual. I'm exactly 30 years old. Got my car when I was still 29.

Maintenance I'd budget $3000/year to be safe.

Just be sure the prices quoted include both collision and liability. I was quoted a very low price and was ready to sign up till I found out that it was just for liability. High Point Insurance (Prudential) does not insure vehicles for collision if over $100,000.
