Hello all New to the forum and will be purchasing in about 9-12 months. Wanted to see if anyone has an opinion on getting a 360 or 430 in White? I've always been partial to white sports cars and given my research, I seem to be leaning this way once again. But you all are the experts when it comes to these marvelous stallions in the different color combinations so wanted to ask. Commentary concerning different interior color combinations is also most welcome. |

Kindly welcome! Most definitely in white! I've seen a Scud in white and I think it is a gorgeous colour. Add black wheels and a black interior and you're set. With a white exterior you might want to stay away from "pimp" colours for the interior. 355's look pretty gay in white. But a 360 or 430 might be nice.

Thanks Capo Very good advice, as usual, for the forum. I really like the looks of the curio or lighter crema or tan colored interiors, but black would be easier to keep clean...most definitely. What color combo's do you consider "pimp"? I agree, one inherits a bit of heritage and responsibility by driving cars like these and it's a terrible sin when you "frame a Rembrandt with a pink frame". ![]() Car will be a daily driver, likely - how can one possibly not want to drive one of these on a daily basis! |

Really good point I just thought of (thanks killer and wetpet) I'm obviously not going to let a car like this sit in the sun but does anyone have any experience with Ferrari colors "fading", especially on F40, 355, etc, era cars (dark or light factory colors)? This would likely be a good indication of how the paint on a 360 or 430 is going to hold up. if I am lucky enough to find a nice CS or Scud with factory stripes, has anyone had any problems with the stripes becoming "weathered" looking after a few years? I'm a bit of a minimalist (except for exhaust notes) , so I would like to run a bit under the radar (CHP radar too) with color combo's that do not draw "as much" attn. Thanks all |

If you don't want to draw attention you need to look for another make of car. Try a Lambo..... |

wetpet! Can I hire your Brooklyn Ray Liotta look-alike? I need him in his sorry white suite to drive my Phantom V and crack mob lines to keep me entertained during my trips. I thought the discussion might invoke some off topic responses...no problem. I like hearing everyone's opinions. LOL on the Lambo comment .....but I have seen some pretty "pimped" out lambo colors, but I'm not going to knock another Italian auto-maker (oops...I mean German) ![]() So, all, if not white, what would you all recommend as to a second exterior color choice? In risk of going back on my "minimalist" comment, I'm also drawn to the various shades of red, for obvious reasons and availability is much better. Thanks |
