One owner - 252 miles http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/03-Fe...item3a613ce939 So for seven years, Seven Y-E-A-R-S, the owner just sat around LOOKING at this car?! Mind you, I absolutely love looking at my spider, and if Celeste would let me convert the living room into a garage, I myself might have a big red piece of artwork in the middle. But I'd go nuts if I didn't also drive it. |

Barry, Is that really your 916? If you search the Great Falls C&C post, you'll see a picture of my 916 this past summer. I'd love to have an "indoor parking spot" like yours! |

Yes, it's mine. And that's the fireplace to the right! It's a 1996 model only 261 miles on the clock. Previous owners were a few famous rock stars before it found it's way to my living room! I've an 848 in the garage that actually gets used as Ducati intended |

Barry! That is an excellent way of paying tribute to Italian engineering! I wanted to do likewise with my 748R but there is no appropriate corner in my small house in Spain where I keep the 748R and the MV F4. They're down in the garage where I admire them and only occasionally take them out for a ritual spin. Open 52mm exhausts on that revvy little engine is heaven! By the way, you have a PM from me. Killer58 It's my wife who should be your hero - she's very understanding about these kind of mad ideas! All her girlfriends think she's crazy and can't see the fact that it's art! |

Capo F4 and 748R; two fabulous bikes. I'd love to add an MV to the stable. Looked at an MV 312 recently but I'm running out of space. And I think I'd prefer the older 750cc F4. |

| The F4 750 is more than enough for me. I have the SPR and I just managed to source the power chip and a pinion with a cog less from the factory. I already have the 748R with the power chip and a cog less on the pinion and it is more exploitable that way, particularly with such a tall first gear. Now I'm searching for the F4 titanium exhaust to go with the chip. They don't make them anymore so I'm searching the MV dealers in northern Italy and Switzerland.

Capo, at the risk of taking Killers thread completely off topic (but he's a biker too so prob won't mind ) can u post up some pics of your 748 and F4? They are 2 beautiful bikes. The F4 will look superb with those titanium pipes!

| I could only find a quite bad photograph of the F4. I will take new ones when I'm back in Spain and post them to you.

Sorry for the extra bike pictures, Killer. Hope you don't mind. Barry, I've attached a couple of more bikes: A bad picture of my Gibson chopper, it has an S&S Superstock engine paired with a stock HD five speed. You can also see my almost finished 1948 bobber on the elite members section. The naked bike is an R1 with a shortened Yoshimura. I use it in Switzerland as a multipurpose/fun bike. The WR 450 is now a fully feathered supermotard, also in Switzerland. It is a blast on tight roads! On my profile page I've got some snowmobile photos aswell. | You guys are lucky…..I’m not allowed to have a bike. This is the only thing my wife said no to since we have been together in 13 years. I LOVE crotch rockets, but she is afraid I will kill myself. Barry, I find it cool looking to have a bike in your living room, I could understand during the winter but I just couldn’t do it as a full time piece. I enjoy machinery too much and no offence but I find it ridiculous. But… maybe it’s because I don’t have the kind of money that enables me to have such an expensive piece of machinery as art in my living room. So, if you have this in the living room, I can just imagine how gorgeous your house must be…you get a “crying thumbs up” from me….lol ~ Mario 1990 348 TS (87284) “I build cars for young men that only old men can afford” - Enzo Ferrari |

Mario It's kind of room that we don't use too often, so I think that's why it's "allowed"! I doubt I'd get away with it in the main living area... but a nice Ferrari coffee table might get approved in there....
