Part number needed for 360 Spider

In the front boot of my 360, there's a cover plate over the brake booster and reservoir. I can't find a part number for it anywhere. Does anyone here by chance have it?

Also ask about the thumb screws and washers that hole the plate in place.

Who knew it would be listed on a plate called "Shields - Outside Finishing" ?!
